AT DOUX JOAILLIER, PAY IN INSTALMENTS WITH ALMA

How do I opt for payment in instalments?
Choose "Alma" on the payment page. You can pay 2x, 3x, 4x or 10x.
You will be redirected to the Alma payment page.
Simply enter your bank details as you would for a regular payment.
An identity check will be performed (ID, access to a banking application...).
You will then receive an e-mail with the payment schedule and a reminder 3 days before each due date. The monthly instalments will be deducted from your credit card each month.
What are the eligibility conditions?
To pay with Alma on our site, a few conditions must be considered: Payments in 2, 3, and 4 times are limited to €4,000
Payment in 10 times is limited to €5,000
Your credit card must not expire during the payment period (3 months, 4 months, 10 months)
Cards accepted are those issued in France: Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
Prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards are not accepted.
Is there a rate?
Only for payment in 10 instalments
The rate is 3%.
Example: For a sale of 4000€ the total cost to the customer is 120€.
Which countries are eligible?
Only 2, 3 and 4X:
- Spain
- Belgium
- Germany
- Germany* Italy
- Austria
- Ireland
- Luxembourg
- The Netherlands *
Exception for Belgium where it is only possible to make 2X and 3X payments
We offer payment in instalments for customers with a credit card and a mobile phone number from these European countries.
Payment in 10X is not available for other countries than France.
In the event that you request a return
Once the return has been validated by us, we will request a refund from ALMA for the amount of the returned item.
- If your order contains only one item you will be refunded the first instalment and subsequent instalments will be cancelled.
- If your order contains more than one item, your instalments will be recalculated according to the outstanding amount.
